Yasemin Inal: No matter where you’re at in your life, even if you’re super successful there is always a next level for you

Calvin Wayman: Totally

Yasemin Inal: So it’s about unearthing what that is for each individual right because it’s going to differ like Oprah’s next level.

(Intro music plays)

Calvin Wayman: What is up crew? Happy Wednesday! I am so pumped for this. This is our first coffee shop edition of the podcast so you’ll hear a little bit of ambience and that’s why I’m here in Starbucks in Austin Texas and today I am hanging out with my good friend, who I first met at an event saw her speak on stage and I was like that chick is awesome we got connected from there and did a lot of we’ve done a few things together been a part of her mastermind that’s awesome and I was lucky enough to speak at one of her live events and right now she’s on a speaking tour and she will be putting on an event in March next month for the amplify tour as it’s being called and I get to speak at that event as well it’ll be the first time I’m in Florida it’s gonna be a blast and so I’m just super pumped to introduce to the table my good friend, Yasemin Inal. How are you?

Yasemin Inal: Hey calvin! What’s up buddy?

Calvin Wayman: Oh! You know just experiencing Austin Texas for the first time have you ever been to Austin? But,

Yasemin Inal: I haven’t been but it’s on my bucket list because I’m a whole foods like a die-hard Whole Foods fan and that’s where they have the you know the headquarters so I,

Calvin Wayman: Is that what it is?  Because, I just went to well the Whole Foods I’d like the company Whole Foods right?

Yasemin Inal: Yeah!

Calvin Wayman: I just went to this other shopping mall like not it’s actually not a mall I went to a park right near here called Central Park and right at the end of it there’s like this grocery store that is just like the coolest Whole Foods grocery store that I’ve ever been to in my life

Yasemin Inal: Yeah! So that might be the headquarters one.

Calvin Wayman: I got to go there but, I’m fasting today so

Yasemin Inal: okay!

Calvin Wayman: yeah it was probably not the best time to go walking into a grocery store but yeah it seems super healthy cool vibes

Yasemin Inal : Yeah!

Calvin Wayman: So, I’m excited to like explore the city so you’re putting on this event next month

Yasemin Inal: Yes!

Calvin Wayman: so last year was your friend or

Yasemin Inal: the second tour. The second stop on the tour of the amplify your dreams tour.

Calvin Wayman: So that’s what I’m curious about with you is last year 2017 was your jumping into the events game

Yasemin Inal: yes!

Calvin Wayman: and what I put on I’ve put on a live event nothing to your scale but, when I put on an event I was like you know what I don’t know if it’s something I want to do for forever you put on an event and you even though there’s all the work that’s involved you’re still saying well I’m gonna do it again I’m gonna do a second

Yasemin Inal: yeah!

Calvin Wayman: So what did you learn on the first one and I’m just curious like what you’re gonna do differently this time or like what is it that you’re excited about when it comes to

Yasemin Inal: yeah!

Calvin Wayman: putting on

Yasemin Inal: so I just want to give you a little bit of a background Calvin and I don’t think I’ve shared this anywhere at all like I don’t think anybody knows

Calvin Wayman: here we go!

Yasemin Inal: about me so this is like

Calvin Wayman: jump in on!

Yasemin Inal: a little secret right so I have a performance you know like I used to be and I used to perform in musicals right so that was my background so my entire Middle School, High School, College years I was a total musical geek like just tell me any show I’m there

Calvin Wayman: Nice

Yasemin Inal: and for me that was like that was my life that’s what I lived and breathed and I actually came all the way from Istanbul Turkey to the US because, I wanted

Calvin Wayman: when did you do that by the way? What did you make that move?

Yasemin Inal: No. So I decided when I was 10 years old I started learning English as a second language so I was blessed to the flow he sing amazing school like you know we have really good school system in Turkey right K to 12 is like ridiculously good you know really strong school system and so the school that I was at so this was a second language but, I mean the curriculum was so good that I was able to learn it like a native language you know. Because, whenever when I came to the U.S everybody was like no there’s no way you’re international you speak like an American you sound like an American like what the hell

Calvin Wayman: Totally!

Yasemin Inal:oh yeah you know

Calvin Wayman: That’s really good because you don’t even have an accent I know I’ve known you now for like two or three years I did not know that

Yasemin Inal: yeah!

Calvin Wayman: was your second language or anything that’s all

Yasemin Inal: It is a second language. I mean it’s I would say now it’s probably my more dominant language like I can speak Turkish really well you know colloquial stuff but, I think if I were to get up on stage and sound intelligent on a topic I think you’ll be very difficult because I kind of left at that high school level no. But, anyway so I came to the US because I was like okay I’m going there I’m gonna study musical theater and I’m going to be on Broadway. So I come here my first year a majoring in musical theater and at the end of my first year my freshman year I decided to kind of export my you know my spirituality right I always believed in God but I never really I was really brought up as like a particular you know I was born to a Muslim family but my father wasn’t practicing at all

Calvin Wayman: right

Yasemin Inal: so very secular so anyway I decided to take a world religion course where I think everything

Calvin Wayman: Did you study Mormonism by chance?

Yasemin Inal: I did not but I had some close friends who were Mormons so I did get a chance to learn about it a little bit. And so anyway I was always interested you know in learning about different cultures different faiths and when I decided to embrace my faith and I decided to wear a scarf my musical theater gig was pretty much like are you gonna have to wear that when you’re acting and I was like uh yeah! Kinda. Sort of. So basically I wasn’t getting auditions you know

Calvin Wayman: Got it.

Yasemin Inal: the sound of music or the Flying Nun or

Calvin Wayman: Something like that something that you could keep the scarf on throughout the role

Yasemin Inal: Yeah, Yeah. There was nothing like that so anyway that was of course super disappointing for me but, the silver lining was I discovered that I also like speaking I like you know being on stage so I actually went into Speech and Debate. But, I’m telling you this long story because that’s exactly how I felt when I decided to have my live event that same vibe that I used to feel when I was on stage live performing I felt it the first day of the events

Calvin Wayman: You’re reigniting the getting to come up on stage

Yasemin Inal: and now the whole idea I realized it wasn’t about me acting singing dancing cuz this era although I love those things but it was the connection with the audience that I loved

Calvin Wayman: yes

Yasemin Inal: The performance so I felt the same thing with the live events and now that it’s in my blood this is what I do honestly

Calvin Wayman: You’re gonna continue doing events that’s why you call it the tour

Yasemin Inal: heck yes! And we’re gonna go global with this because it’s the amplify your dreams tour right? Who doesn’t have a dream? Show me one person anywhere in the world who doesn’t have a dream. I don’t care what your background is, I don’t care where you’re from? What language you speak? What race you are? What your faith is? Everyone has a dream so

Calvin Wayman: I actually want to go into that like I want to go into like what you’re kind of teaching `coz the thing that attracted me to you is how you bring that dream out in people first of all like you bring a community together that’s why we did a masterminded it together because I wanted to be around high achievers you do it in a so you reignite that you do some of that in the event I want to go deeper into what you expect to like share at the event but before I do , before I forget I want to let people know listening so I’m gonna be speaking at this event we’re also going to do something super awesome that I’ll talk about at the end of this podcast that if you want to come see me speak and see Yasemin we have a super cool ticket special yeah that will

Yasemin Inal: yeah

Calvin Wayman: we’ll give   the listeners so that if I want to come see us in Tampa is the actual city and Yasemin Inal: Tampa Florida. Yes.

Calvin Wayman: being Tampa Florida March 9ththrough the 11th so stay close to the podcast because this is something that’s only I will not be talking about this too much on my social but it’s for those listening to the podcast so yeah so we’ll talk about that at the end. But, What do you want to share, like Where does that drive come from to like reignite the dreams and like how are you doing what are you going to share at the event to help people get in touch again with their dreams?

Yasemin Inal: Absolutely! I love it. So in my work as a high performance coach, I just this is exactly what I do right I work with people you know no matter where you’re at in your life even if you’re super successful there is always a next level for you so it’s about unearthing what that is for each individual right because it’s going to differ like Oprah’s next level is different than Mark Zuckerberg next level

Calvin Wayman: Right!

Yasemin Inal: then my next level then your next level right so everyone has a different dream, different I you know idea for themselves in different areas of their lives. Right?

Calvin Wayman: right.

Yasemin Inal: Because, it’s not just about business or finances it’s about your relationships it’s about your contribution it’s about your legacy. You know whatever that means for you as a human being so it’s about getting clear about what that is for you and going at the full speed that you want to go to get that so clarity we focus on clarity, energy, courage, productivity and influence. Those are Like five major pillars of high performance.

Calvin Wayman: Say that again so clarity, energy, courage

Yasemin Inal: productivity, influence.

Calvin Wayman: yeah so and in all of those there’s different levels of each of them right like you can always increase your level of influence you can always increase, your level of courage, remember a question that you asked me once when we were chatting is what would you do if you literally had ten times more your courage or something like that

YaseminI Inal: yeah if you were to 10x your courage what would you start doing what would you stop doing?

Calvin Wayman: that is so important and I actually just about even realizing it I just posted something on my social media right before this call that I think is part of the clarity thing too and that is like I don’t know how I keep going I just know why like when you know that like it’s easier to keep on moving. So that’s cool but, one thing

Yasemin Inal: So true

Calvin Wayman: one thing I don’t think we should talk about to that’s and I want to know some of this how you structure this at the event

Yasemin Inal: yeah!

Calvin Wayman: One of the things that you brought to my awareness that is something that I didn’t give a lot of thought to. But, I understand the clarity, I understand courage, productivity and influence but the thing that I was neglecting the most when you and I met was focusing on energy.  That there you actually need to do things that energize you literally right before this I came to this coffee shop I went to the park and I climbed a tree the first time in like ages and was like my little boy needs that once in a while yeah boy inside of me to like play and increase my energy like it’s something that I  just thought that oh that’s like you need to always be working hard and grinding and everything like what is it about energy that like helps you I mean there’s probably obvious things but like what let’s talk about that like what do you teach at the event around energy yeah and why is it so important to creating your next level

Calvin Wayman: I love that question thank you so much for asking that so energy is everything it’s everything right and when I say energy I don’t mean just the physical energy but even like your presence can be so powerful like someone could be sitting next to you and you feel that. right? You feel that energy and of course the mental energy right the mental stamina because imagine if you have amazing clarity of what you want to do in your life you are courageous so you have like tons of courage you’re productive you’re influential but you’r just tired all the time you just want to take a nap all the time like I don’t care how clear you are you’re just not gonna get much done because you don’t have that physical energy or just like you know just dragging your feet you know and we’ve all been around people who are like that like we’re just tired all the time you know who have this like really sluggish energy about them and when you’re next to them you might start yawning you might start stretching and you might feel just really tired because that’s contagious you know energy is contagious

Calvin Wayman: Totally so what at the event will you be sharing on this any of this like any exercises like what yeah what are you doing like that

Yasemin Inal: yeah I’ll be doing different physical exercises you know what you’ve been to my event right so we actually don’t just sit all the time we get up and we’ll be you know doing different moves I’ll be teaching the audience how to do a breath scale where you breathe so deeply that you may feel dizzy right I’ll be teaching that because did you know Calvin this is a great statistic did you know that we only breathe like we only use our lungs about 30% of their capacity

Calvin Wayman: I had no idea that’s interesting

Yasemin Inal: that’s ridiculous like God gave us lungs to be used right yeah only 30% like we’re wasting this or

Calvin Wayman: doing like shallow breaths all the time which probably affects our energy and makes us be

Yasemin Inal:  you know like you’re not supposed to breathe in from your mouth but most people do you know you’re supposed to breathe them from the nose so I’ll be teaching how to do breathing actual breathing and thankfully you know because I have had to learn like the diaphragm hick breathing as a singer you know back in the day when I was a teen that is also that also comes in you know that comes out where you know `coz singers know how to breathe really well athletes learn how to breathe really well if swimmers right you have to learn how to breathe really well to be able to go in the water dive be able to you know actually function on the breath that you take it right that you have to know how to breathe properly

Calvin Wayman: and regular people need to breathe well too if you’re like whether you’re singing or not like you’re probably it probably to completely affects your everything you whole physiology and everything

Yasemin Inal: it affects your energy because if you’re not breathing you’re not taking in the oxygen and obviously we all know if we don’t have oxygen where it kind of dead you know?

Calvin Wayman: Yes!

Yasemin Inal: Kinda

Calvin Wayman: yes

Yasemin Inal: be doing that we’ll be doing chi-gong which is an eastern way of you know opening up the different meridians in the body so we’re gonna open up the bloodstream basically so that oxygen can flow and the blood you know stream is flowing throughout your body so if you feel energetic we’ll be doing things like tapping you know the EFT the emotional connect me so I’ll be teaching how you can do that different things you know and that can you use to up your energy at the same time reduce stress, reduce anxiety and all that stuff that I think a lot of entrepreneurs are now starting to

Calvin Wayman: talk about and saying I thought that used to be whoo-whoo or at least a talk about type of thing to talk about and it’s now something that people are more open to discuss

Yasemin Inal: yeah! Yes.

Calvin Wayman: so I want to shift gears a tiny bit

Yasemin Inal: okay.

Calvin Wayman: so we’re talking about what the event is now I want to talk more like just personally entrepreneur to another entrepreneur we know life is not always perfect. Right?

Yasemin Inal: not at all.

Calvin Wayman: and I think was like two weeks ago maybe a little bit longer. I saw you post something on Facebook because randomly something happened that you could not have predicted you’re like how they f did this happen so I wondered if you would like share the story of what happened like with the website or something and walkest like what happened how you got it fixed how you handled it all that stuff?

Yasemin Inal: yeah it’s so amazing and I’m glad that you’re reminding me of that so the day that I was supposed to give the affiliate links to all of you know the speakers like yourself and other friends and you know entrepreneur colleagues who want to share the message of the amplify your dreams tour, so the day I finally got the link for them to create their affiliate account and the website had been up and running perfectly for two weeks so by this time we already have you know people who have purchased their tickets now is the time to the affiliates on board. We don’t know what happened to this day we have no idea, we have no idea what happened but the entire

Calvin Wayman: the website.

Yasemin Inal: the entire website crashed like it’s still there like if you go on there you can still see but pictures were missing, words were missing, images were missing and I was like what is going on here?  How did this happen?

Calvin Wayman: Do you think foul play was involved?

Yasemin Inal: What is it?

Calvin Wayman: Do you think foul play was involved?

Yasemin Inal: I have no idea what happened you like I mean I was on the phone with my host for hours like literally I

Calvin Wayman: Did you just lose your mind like you probably just I mean I can’t imagine

Yasemin Inal: I’m gonna tell you what I did keep my sanity intact right. Because, I did not want to lose my mind you know you know the quote it says of all the things I’ve lost I miss my mind the most

Calvin Wayman: right

Yasemin Inal: and I don’t want to say that right so I was like okay my mind I don’t want to lose it I’ve meditated and prayed more than ever like I mean I usually pray five times a day and I meditate right? But, it’s like okay I was like amping it up and I was just breathing in and out really well went out for a walk like the time I felt so much frustration I just bundled up it was old went out for a run like literally cried as I was running you know like I feel like my tears turning into icicle you know and I came home I was God that felt good like

Calvin Wayman:  just letting it out?

Yasemin Inal: so much frustration and if I just sat and let it build up I would have probably started you know banging on things but

Calvin Wayman: Got it!

Yasemin Inal: I don’t wait for that you know I went out and I know how to take out that frustration so it was very frustrating because my designer at the time also she was backed up with other projects so she had already finished my work it was done deal you know and I reached out to her saying “ hey! help me my website crash” she was like “I can help you in about four to five days” you know

Calvin Wayman: Yeah

Yasemin Inal: for five days like the event is happening we have to make sure that people know about it so I had to go to the back end and this is a huge lesson Calvin,

Calvin Wayman: okay

Yasemin Inal: I’m still glad when I first started my business that I learned and I did everything on my own like the first two years of my business I was everything to the business. Right? And I didn’t delegate right away and so glad I did it because I write if some fails or falls apart I know how to fix it

Calvin Wayman: so it’s good to go through the hustle and not outsource everything right away

Yasemin Inal: No and of course I also reached out that’s another important point never be shy to reach out. I reached out to another friend he’s a designer saying “hey look this is what happened I don’t know what’s going on can you see what’s going on in the back end” and he was like “yeah! absolutely I’ll just check it out for you” and thankfully he was able to recover some of the missing files so I did

Calvin Wayman: there was actual files missing?

Yasemin Inal: Things were just missing like not even in trash they were just missing.

Calvin Wayman: Wow!

Yasemin Inal: like a ghost like an Internet ghost went it said let me just destroy Yasemin site for her event. (laughs)

Calvin Wayman: and this has never happened before like you

Yasemin Inal: Ever!

Calvin Wayman: like on just your main website with no events happening

Yasemin Inal: this could be a good thing maybe thousands of people just jumped onto the site I don’t know but yeah

Calvin Wayman: that`s insane.

Yasemin Inal: thankfully it’s up and running and everything is good.

Calvin Wayman: that’s awesome so besides putting on the event.  How do you, What else is it that you do use? Like you said that you like I know you do like the mastermind yourself. Are you still doing like the mastermind stay and

Yasemin Inal: I am doin for mastermind

Calvin Wayman: All into this okay

Yasemin Inal: No,  so I’m focusing on just a few things in the business right and when I say that I mean it very strategically right because I think it’s so important to focus and not try to do a million things at the same time. So for me in 2018 and beyond you know for the next few years my focus will be live events running my mastermind and also working along with a very select few clients now what I do with my one-to-one coaching now has changed a little bit because I no longer take on I mean if someone comes along like Oprah I’ll take her you know I mean

Calvin Wayman: yes

Yasemin Inal: but, I don’t take just one client I like to take them and their entirety

Calvin Wayman: got it!

Yasemin Inal: so for instance if you came to me and said Yasemin I really want to do one-to-one coaching with you because I think it’s gonna help me I would ask you do you have a team that you was also like be on board because you’re the CEO imagine your entire and by the way team doesn’t have to be a hundred people it could be person

Calvin Wayman: be two

Yasemin Inal: be as small as two people on your team right? But, if they’re on the same page with you Calvin everything changes and

Calvin Wayman: You’re walking them through some at least the same pillars that you’re teaching at the event like that’s what I loved about our mastermind so you’re walking through like the clarity of the energy the courage the productivity that influence

Yasemin Inal: Yes

Calvin Wayman: like I’m like so everything’s kind of seamless in a way

Yasemin Inal: What I teach is personal growth and development right? So high performance it’s personal growth and development it’s not business strategy although it is huge when it comes to your business because, if you can fix yourself right and when I say fix it doesn’t mean you’re broken but if you can become your best version then obviously your business is going to thrive

Calvin Wayman: that is so huge.

Yasemin Inal: It is if you’re doing well in your marriage, in your relationships. if your life is together your business is going to thrive but if your health is suffering you’re eating I don’t know doughnuts for breakfast and you know fried chicken for dinner and you’re not sleeping well you’re the hashtag screw sleep kind of a person and your relationships are just literally on dire straights. Please even if you have a billion-dollar business that’s going to come crumbling down and at the end of the day it’s going to be meaningless because you have no one to share that success with.

Calvin Wayman: Totally I think that’s one of the biggest awesome lessons that I have gotten in my entrepreneurial journey since quitting my day job and moving along and that is it’s like if you don’t have these other pieces in place that are solid that are not they’re not even business-related like if your focus is to grow your business in the next level sometimes it’s not focusing on your business to take it to the next level right

Yasemin Inal: you are absolutely right.

Calvin Wayman: You’re your own bottleneck and if you can get that right and you make sure your life is in place then that’s the big thing like I’ve even adjusted that with my millionaire case study journey so I’m going after making my first million but, a subtle shift that may not be so subtle like since at least November of last year was instead of focusing on money first it’s like focusing on like enjoying myself and having fun first or giving value to other people first like doing stuff that makes me feel good first.Because, if you’re doing that then these other things kind of take care of themselves as a by product

Yasemin Inal: it falls into place.

Calvin Wayman:it’s also important. It’s important right because so many times we get so caught up in like just the tactics and saying if we like we’re chasing this thing but as you said if we’re just chasing those things then and our other life things aren’t in place then over time it just comes crumbling down

Yasemin Inal: Yeah

Calvin Wayman: So you gotta do something.

Yasemin Inal: That’s why you’ll see billionaires when they lose everything in terms of their monetary success. I mean how many people we’ve seen in 2008 crash take away their lives

Calvin Wayman: Yeah, unfortunately

Yasemin Inal: Whatever they saw as happiness was gone, but the real successful person is the one who has all the other pieces that keep him together or grounded and if you’re you know built that

Calvin Wayman: Totally.

Yasemin Inal: that’s something that you can always rebuild but you can’t rebuild your health or relationships they’re gone

Calvin Wyman: yeah! I’m from Salt Lake City Utah and something that is always a reminder we have our sports team the Utah Jazz now this is just something that not very many people are gonna know because unless they’re in the state we had the owner of the Utah Jazz let me just quickly check to see how old he was he has done so much for the state he brought the Utah Jazz from New Orleans added so much to Utah and yet he died let me see how old he was. He was

Yasemin Inal: What was his name?

Calvin Wayman: Larry Miller 64 too young

Yasemin Inal: yeah!

Calvin Wayman: the thing that blew my mind is here here’s this guy that one of the most wealthiest people in all of the state did so much good opened up a ton of car dealerships abroad a freaking sports franchise to the state. But, even he could not continue being immortal like even he like ended too early because of his health.

Yasemin Inal: yeah

Calvin Wayman: is a reminder of like it doesn’t matter how much how much money you make or what you’re doing in your business if you don’t get like you use if you don’t get yourself like taking care of in the beginning then it doesn’t matter

Yasemin Inal: Yeah! That’s not sustainable right that’s the thing and high performance is about sustaining the journey it’s not peak performance where you perhaps work for like you know to win the Olympic medal or you know for one particular thing where you go! Go! Go! Go! Go! you know but with high performance it’s about reaching and maintaining those levels.

Calvin Wayman: creating a standard.

Yasemin Inal: Yes, I mean everything may not be perfect we’re not talking about perfection but it’s about having that balance you know a lot of people say no there’s no balance well there is. I mean there’s balance in nature right there’s balance there are the seasons like there is some sort of a balance in our universe even so there has to be a balance in your life because if it’s out of balance you’re gonna feel it there’s got to be alignment

Calvin Wayman: and so that’s what you not only teach but that’s what people are going to get out of this event is figuring out a way to sustainably create a new balance, hit a new standard, break through another ceiling and take another step to amplify their dream it’s the name.

Yasemin Inal: Yes, and doing it with joy with presence with  energy I think that’s what makes life so so beautiful you know because you will have struggles right I’m never going to sugarcoat something and say oh it’s gonna be so easy to amplify your dreams heck! No, it’s going to be so freaking  hard at times that you may want to throw in the towel but the thing is if you bring the joy to each situation if you even you know even the challenge if you look at it from a different perspective you can feel that you know that it’s going to pay off at the end and you feel that in your bones you feel that excitement.

Calvin Wayman: heck yeah! Well I’m gonna wrap it there because I want to let’s talk about this what we can do to get more people there to come amplify their dreams and bring to joy so for our listeners we have like a you’re doing like $100 off early bird special thing right you want to share what that is you’re gonna do for us

Yasemin Inal: so right now we have two levels right for the event so there is the general admission where obviously you get into the event you have an amazing time you learn from all the speakers you know including myself I’m the host but there are also 10 other speakers it’s a three-day event so it’s packed we’re going to go from 9:00 to 6:00 on Friday and Saturday and 9:00 to 1:00 or 2:00 ish on Sunday to allow for you know early departure for people so general admission gets you in the room you get to meet everybody and network the IP level allows you to have gourmet luncheon on both Friday and Saturday and you know

Calvin Wayman: I do it was awesome. It was healthy. it was delicious. it was awesome

Yasemin Inal: really healthy food and yummy food because I think food is something that brings people together and so we’re gonna have luncheon on both day to our luncheon specifically because I want to make sure that the VIP members get to really rub shoulders with

Calvin Wayman: Totally

Yasemin Inal:  speakers you know a lot of these speakers are I mean I hand select my speakers right I make sure that if I’m gonna put someone on stage that I know them that they are honest that they are going to deliver the best value that they’re just an overall awesome people right? So I make sure that people get to mingle with them network with them and to me that is a priceless thing you know that’s that VIP

Calvin Wayman: totally yeah I’m huge on like getting around the right kind of people and having that two hours is awesome that’s where relationships are going to be formed not only with speakers but with other people that are at the VIP level  because when you’re in a VIP situation like chances are you’re with other high-powered players as well so I’m a fan

Yasemin Inal:  exactly so right now we have an early-bird for both levels so general admission is usually 297 but right now it is 197 so a hundred bucks off and the IP is usually 997 but right now it is 797.

Calvin Wayman: Awsome

Yasemin Inal: what I’m doing as a special for your audience check this out now I’m going to give so they have the early bird already that’s given that’s open to public but for those who are listening right now the

Calvin Wayman: the curious community

Yasemin Inal: Yeah! What I want to say is this there is never the perfect moment, but as soon as you have the inkling to do something know that that inkling that seed is planted in your heart for you have that particular feeling in your heart in your gut you know whatever you want to call it like that is there for a reason for you to take action it’s place is now take it jump on it take the risk and that’s what you that’s amplify you dream there is no other way to do it.

Calvin Wayman: I love it it’s a quote that I talk about all the time there was not a perfect time when I quit my day job to pursue my dream of working for myself out a wife and a one-year-old but that idea is what got me going and the quote that I love to say all the time is there is no right time there’s only right now yeah so that way

Yasemin Inal: Yes, the curious community I’m throwing in a BOGO deal right buy one get one free so if you buy one VIP tickets you get one free like that’s a savings of $97 which you’re only buying at 797 anyway the same thing with the general admission the only thing I’m going to ask that their guests you know the person that they’re gonna give the free ticket to they just have to pay a fee just to be able to save their spots

Calvin Wayman: Perfect

Yasemin Inal:  because you know we’re giving it away so 47 dollars for the general admission and then 97 for the VIP . so that’s just for their guests who would be you know taking that free ticket just to come and say yes I’m coming and here

Calvin Wayman: that’s freaking awesome! so there’s probably people listening to like okay this is freaking awesome yeah it goes to Yasmin’s event and I get to see Calvin speak that’s awesome would love to meet you how do I get it I’m gonna create a link so if you’re listening to this right now the link I’m gonna create to get your ticket is calvinwayman.com/amplifytour so calvinwayman.com/amplifytour  get your ticket it’s gonna be in Tampa March 9th through the 11th and again you get to be there for the full two and a half three days yeah

Yasemin Inal:  exactly

Calvin Wayman: and rub shoulders with other awesome peoples but get information to get more clear increase your energy gain more courage increase your productivity and more influence I love it and I just want to kind of reflect back what this deal is just to make sure that I understood it right because it sounded awesome. So there’s normally 297 for anybody that gets it it’s gonna be 197 yes for general admission if they want VIP which is awesome to get paying and mingle with other really cool people plus myself and the other speakers then it’s 990 center instead of 997 it’s 797 so you get $200 off and for the curious community they also get the BOGO deal the buy one get one free so if they get a general admission they get a second general admission for just the fee for the for the second person and if they get a VIP

Yasemin Inal: they’re not gonna be VIP

Calvin Wayman: they’re not just getting a general admission for free it’s another VIP totally for free oh yeah yeah yeah okay absolutely that sounds awesome and so if somebody’s listening to this right now and you want to come to the event go to calvinwayman.com/amplifytour to secure your spot it’s coming soon just next month’s

Yasemin Inal: it is, we have five we’re five weeks away

Calvin Wayman: four weeks away as of when this publishes

Calvin Wayman: no you’re totally fine so we just a month away that sounds awesome Yasmin I can’t wait to see you in person it’s gonna be a plant

Yasemin Inal: I can’t wait to see you my friend.

Calvin Wayman: so is there any final words that you want to say to people that are they have a dream they’re sitting on it maybe there’s someone that his is like they have a dream but they’re either afraid to like take a step towards it like what is one final piece of guidance or advice would you give somebody that’s looking to chase after their dream.

Yademin Inal:  exactly
