Many people want to hold on to what they believe is a “safe, secure” job. Pat Flynn is someone who did all the right things. He went to college. Got hired at a respectable corporation, and was very successful. Before he knew it though, Pat found himself out of a job.
That turned to be a great blessing in disguise. Through his layoff, he discovered that it is much better, and much more secure, to be an entrepreneur.
